The 97th Annual Collegiate Peaks Stampede Rodeo taking place in Buena Vista, Colorado, makes an inexperienced visitor feel like anything but a cowgirl or a bullrider.
I had the chance to catch a glimpse of that day in June 2018, with this crazy light coming from the hazy smoke of several large wildfires burning for weeks in that area.
